Well, clearly, Rick is afraid of women who have emotions, especially those who are emotional about having some say as to what does and does not happen to their bodies.
So, Rick thinks women are weak because they have emotions (psst, dude, everyone on the front lines is emotional) and Newt thinks women can’t serve because they get “a disease” once a month. What’s R-Money got for us?
